素包萝卜丝

特点:
色泽艳丽,口味清爽。

                                                                                                                                       

原料:
泗乡豆腐皮3张,白萝卜150克,胡萝卜100克。
调料:
盐、味精、高汤各少许。                                                                                                                             

制作方法:
(1)白萝卜 胡萝卜分别切丝、焯水、过油,用高汤煨透,沥干待用。
(2)豆腐皮摊开,先放一层白萝卜丝,再放胡萝卜丝,然后卷紧,入油锅炸成金黄色,捞出沥油,改刀装盘。
(3)锅中放入高汤,加入盐、味精调味,勾芡,淋在萝卜卷上。
